Jennemieke Aanraad is a certified Ayurvedic Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach dedicated to making traditional healing practices accessible and practical in the modern world. With a background in Hospitality Management and over fifteen years of experience in the industry, she has always been passionate about creating nourishing experiences that support true well-being.

From a very young age, Jennemieke often asked her mother, “What is the purpose of life?” a question that sparked a lifelong search for deeper meaning. When she encountered Ayurveda, she felt an instant recognition, as though the inner call she had carried for years was finally being answered.

Her journey into Ayurveda began in 2018, during a transformative stay in South America, where she first discovered the healing potential of nature’s elements in food. This awakening inspired her to pursue formal studies, and in July 2022, she earned her Diploma ‘Ayurveda Diet & Lifestyle Coach’ from Delight Academy Amsterdam.

Seeking deeper understanding, Jennemieke travelled to Kerala, India, where she immersed herself in daily clinical practice at Sreekrishna Ayurveda Chikitsa Kendram, under the guidance of Dr. Vijith Sasidhar, living and breathing Ayurveda every day. For over a year, she witnessed firsthand the transformative power of classical Ayurvedic treatments and the depth of authentic healing.

For the past three years, Jennemieke has worked closely with Dr. Vijith Sasidhar, and in July 2025, together they officially opened Sreekrishna Ayurveda Holistic Centre B.V. in Amsterdam.

Her mission is to bring the most authentic form of Ayurvedic wisdom to Amsterdam, offering clients guidance that unites tradition and daily life. For Jennemieke, Ayurveda is not just a profession, it is her way of life, reflected in every choice she makes and everything she shares with those seeking balance, vitality, and inner clarity.
